When the child's car-seat belt is clicked, the device is activated and sync'd with either parents phone alarm, that goes off - if either parent exceeds 15' perimeter distance. When car-seat belt is unclicked, device turns off, so that toddlers are not left in hot cars anymore.. PLEASE
